Andréa Calek "A Toi Nous" Plum fudge and oaky vanillaSyrah Grenache. Andrea, a former Czech soldier, came to France to be inspired and fell in love with the natural wines of Beaujolais. Working in the Ardeche, Calek has painstaking viticulture combined with non interventionist, painstakingly laissez faire vinification, porducing some the purest expressions of Syrah and Grenache in Southern France. He actually grows other varietals and makes other wines for himself in order to learn as much as he can
